How it works:

remote support system. If it’s your first time using our remote support
services you may be asked to install JAVA. Follow the install java link. You
will also be asked to accept the tiny java application from publisher
SimpleHelp (com.aem.shelp.TinyApplet) that provides the remote services.
Each time you access our remote support system you will be asked to accept our disclaimer giving us permission to access your system.
When you exit the web page you will be disconnected from the remote support system and remote access will be terminated.
